Good afternoon colleyville heritage!

As the rain has been pouring down on us, we know that lovely fall is in our presence.

And what’s better than enjoying a piping hot latte during a fall festival?

Here are some spectacular can’t miss festivities to share with friends and family during this joyous time:

For you Disney fans out there, this one’s for you. Stroll through the gardens among thousands of fall-blooming plants at the Adventures in Neverland fall festival. The Pumpkin Village will not disappoint with Peter Pan-themed displays. See Wendy’s house, the Lost Boys hideout, Tinker Bell’s home and Captain Hook’s pirate ship. Keep an eye out for Tick-Tock the crocodile who bides his time in a sea of gourds.
Where: Dallas Arboretum, 8525 Garland Road, Dallas
When: 9:00AM-5:00PM (check it out this weekend before 5pm) until November 21
Regular admission: $15 per adult, $12 for seniors age 65 and older, $10 for children ages 2-12 and free for children age 1 and younger.
Additional cost of $3 per person for entrance into the Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden. Parking purchased onsite is $15; parking purchased online in advance is $8.

Of course everyone is familiar with the infamous State Fair of Texas..well it’s the last weekend to attend so buy your tickets online and head over there for some Texas fun with live music, college football games, nightly parade and fireworks, Midway games and rides, animals, and indescribable fried food offerings.

Dallas Fan Days. Experience pop culture nirvana with celebrities and events from the worlds of sci-fi, comics, horror, TV, movies and more. Look for cosplay contests, celebrity guests and panels, autograph opportunities, themed activity rooms and a Fan Days family zone.

The Romanian Food Festival includes Romanian food, traditions and culture at Saint Mary’s Romanian Orthodox in Colleyville. Savor the flavors of favorite Romanian foods including Romanian sausage, cabbage rolls, polenta with feta cheese and sour cream, Romanian doughnuts and pastry.
